Graduate Transfer Credit Request Application

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    Complete the form below and provide a copy of the transcript.

    If you haven't previously provided a required OFFICIAL transcript:

    • Official transcripts must be sent directly from the Registrar's office of the university the course(s) were attended.
    • When ordering official transcripts from the Registrar's office, you must select CUNY College of Staten Island - Graduate Admissions as the recipient OR graduateadmissions@csi.cuny.edu.

    TRANSFER CREDIT POLICIES:

    • Graduate courses taken within the last FIVE YEARS at an accredited college of university may be considered and accepted at the discretion of the program coordinator.
    • A maximum of 12 graduate credits in graduate courses, with a minimum grade of 3.0 (B) in each course, may be applied toward a graduate degree from the College of Staten Island.
